What was the highlight of Tam Coc Village Bungalow

Exceptional

We set out on this trip to experience the beautiful nature in Vietnam and the bungalow was exactly what we were looking for for our stay. The location is close by restaurants and attractions whilst being a little secluded allowing for a quiet and relaxing stay. Our favourite part of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the staff at the hotel who always went above and beyond to help us and were so so friendly!

Although the room was very lovely, the bathroom could have better ventilation!

Best stay in Ninh Binh

The hotel was perfect! Didn’t expect much beforehand but the rooms were well organized and the bed is very big and very comfortable. The shower has good water pressure! The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. You can get the bikes for free and they also have scooters for very good prices.

Wholesome and wonderful

10/10 all round for us. We arrived early as had came to Nimh Binh via sleeper train. The host allowed us to have breakfast and allowed for early check in which we were so grateful. The lovely lady also allowed us to use her phone as we needed to make a call and our phones would not work. We also got laundry done for a small fee which was very handy. There is also bikes at the property which were free to use and we thoroughly enjoyed cycling around the country side, there is so much to see to and do. We only got to stay 1 night in Tam Coc but wish we could have stayed longer. There is beautiful scenery and restaurants here. I would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you to the lovely host for her help and small kind gestures during our stay.

Exceptional

Tam Coc Village Bungalow is perfectly located : peaceful and beautiful in the rice paddies but very close to the center of Tam Coc. Staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to help. My room was lovely, very cozy and comfortable. The owner speaks fluent French, which is a plus for any French speaker who could have difficulties communicating in English. Overall perfect, I would come back !

Wonderful stay and wonderful hosts

Picturesque quiet location hut just 2 min walk to all the shops, restaurants, and tam coc boat trip. Free bicycle use. Staff were warm and friendly at all times and couldn't have done more for us, especially helping us sort a payment issue from a previous hotel. The bungalows are cosy and practical, very clean. Pool was clean and inviting, it was a shame we didn't have the weather for using it.

Perfect exampke of how to run a homestay - 10/10

Staff, staff, staff!!!!!! Incredible, welcoming and friendly staff. Really lovely family business. They have really nailed the balance between helping guests having the best possible experience whilst not being intrusive. The location is amazing. Just out of the centre with incredible views. Bungalows are super cute and situated around a lovely pool area. Also, the breakfast is the best we have experienced in Vietnam. Well deserved 10 out of 10 all round.

Excellent stay and friendly staffs.

The staff were so attentive and cared a lot about our well-being; breakfast and bicycle usage were included during our stay. We had to depart very early in the morning, and the staff made sure to pack breakfast for us to bring to the airport. We greatly appreciated their thoughtfulness. We definitely will come stay here again next time in Ninh Bình.

Wish i could stay here longer

Excellent service and very nice staff. After meeting them, i started to change my point of view about Vietnamese people, In previous days i met some rude Vietnamese people, but this hotel's staff made me think that there are still many good Vietnamese people out there that i haven't met.

Overall i really like the room, service and locations. Only need to improve the bathroom to separate the shower (wet) and toilet area (dry) and to make sure the floor level to drainage is good as during my stay, the water was coming to the bedroom area because the bathroom floor level was not good.

Best accommodation I had on a 4 weeks trip through Vietnam. Super standard, excellent location with a great view and a wonderful areal. The staff us extremely helpful and friendly. And the bungalows are top notch! Loved it, 11/10
